Services & Deliverables
- Scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in writing (email, proposal, or invoice) before work begins.
- Minor deviations may occur due to technical constraints or third‑party limitations.
- Third‑party costs (e.g., ad spend, hosting, domains, software) are billed separately and are non‑refundable.
Payments
- Payments are due as per the agreed schedule (milestones, retainers, or fixed price).
- Work may pause if invoices remain unpaid beyond the due date.
- Taxes and payment gateway fees, where applicable, are borne by the client unless agreed otherwise.
Revisions
Unless specified in the proposal, up to two rounds of reasonable revisions are included for each deliverable within 7 days of submission.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely access, content, approvals, and brand assets necessary to complete the project.
- Ensure that supplied materials do not infringe any third‑party rights or applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, final deliverables specifically created for the client are assigned to the client, excluding our pre‑existing materials, libraries, and know‑how.
- We may showcase non‑confidential work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Confidentiality & Data
Both parties will keep confidential information private and use it only for the project. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Warranties & Limitations
- Services are provided on a best‑effort basis. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Cancellation & Refunds
Our cancellation and refund rules are described in the Cancellation & Refunds Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
