Cancellation & Refunds

Transparent, fair policies for our digital services.

Scope

Spintrel Digital provides digital marketing, website design, and related IT services. As our work is delivered digitally and often customised, standard “returns” do not apply.

Cancellation

  • Before work starts: You may cancel and request a full refund within 24 hours of payment if we have not begun the engagement.
  • After work starts: Cancellations are allowed, but fees for the portion of work already completed and any third‑party costs will be deducted.

Refunds

  • Milestone/Hourly projects: Refunds are prorated based on completed milestones or hours logged.
  • Fixed‑price packages: Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for unused/undelivered components.
  • Non‑refundable: Domain registrations, hosting, ad spend, and other third‑party fees are not refundable.

How to request

Email contact@spintrel.com with your payment reference, project name, and reason for cancellation/refund.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, we may suspend ongoing services and contest the chargeback with supporting work logs and approvals.
